Services

EZees Handyman Service provides residential and commercial repair, maintenance, installation, and improvement services. All services are subject to technician availability, scheduling, material availability, and any applicable licensing requirements.

Quotes and estimates are based on the information available at the time they are prepared. Additional work, hidden conditions, or customer-requested changes may require revised pricing.

Scheduling

Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, by email, or by text message.

While we strive to arrive within the scheduled appointment window, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, emergency service calls, or unforeseen project conditions.

If you need to reschedule an appointment, we appreciate as much advance notice as possible.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept approved forms of payment as indicated on your invoice.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees where permitted by law.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide safe and reasonable access to the property.
Secure pets during service visits when necessary.
Disclose any known hazards or conditions that may affect the work.
Ensure an adult (18 years or older) is present when required.

EZees reserves the right to suspend or refuse service if working conditions are unsafe.

Warranty

Unless otherwise stated in writing, workmanship is warranted for thirty (30) days from the date of service.

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Customer misuse or neglect
Damage caused by other contractors or third parties
Existing conditions outside the scope of work
Manufacturer defects or failures of customer-supplied materials or products

Manufacturer warranties remain the responsibility of the product manufacturer.

Limitation of Liability

EZees Handyman Service shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.
