EZees is a fully licensed contractor ready to handle the everyday tasks and occasional repairs that keep homes and businesses running smoothly. We prefer the jobs that matter most in daily life—those small projects and unexpected fixes that add up—so you don’t have to worry about them.
What we do
Drywall: patching, hanging, finishing, texture matching, and full wall repairs.
Painting: interior and exterior painting, surface prep, trim work, and color consultations.
Electrical: minor wiring, outlet and switch replacement, lighting installs, and safety upgrades.
Plumbing: fixture replacement, leak repair, drain clearing, and small plumbing installations.
General repairs and maintenance: door and window repairs, carpentry, trim work, flooring touch-ups, and job-site cleanups.

You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one hour and at the most within one business day.

We offer flexible pricing models because we are not your typical handyman. We are focused on Service. We charge a minimum Service Trip Fee which will cover up to an hour of labor. Our goal is to complete the troubleshooting and repair within that time. Additional labor and materials, if needed, are billed separately with prior client approval. We have a set hourly rate, half day (4 hour), and full day (8 hours) rate. Most clients have us over for a half day or a full day to take care of the handful of things that need attention.
For “punch list” type jobs or bigger projects, we also tailor to a “Time and Materials” payment where we provide an estimated time to complete the project scope, we add in the estimated material costs, and we work hard to meet or beat that time estimate. This way, our clients know exactly what to expect and can plan accordingly.
